A success
Despite poor weather!
Toronto – September 9th, 2008: The Beach Lakefront Neighbourhood Association Inc. would like to thank
all of the people who came out to Kew Gardens in the rain, to attend the ‘B.A.C.K. the Beach’ concert on
Sunday!
20 piece samba band Batucada Carioca opened the show energetically, playing traditional songs from Rio
de Janeiro’s Carnival. Host Spider Jones delighted the crowd throughout the earlier portion of the day and
he didn’t let the weather get in his way. Revival Dear and Peirson Ross and The Wilderness bravely
played to a highly appreciative, and equally brave audience. Ron Korb and Makoto Tani elevated the
crowd with their ethereal instrumental set, before Funktagon turned up the heat. Host Frank Domagala did
an amazing job at keeping the spirit alive until The Mississippi Hippies blew the rain clouds away. Former
Canadian Idol Top 5 finalist Mookie Morris thrilled the youngsters by singing a few songs and playing the
guitar. The crowd began to expand more and more by the time Fludd took the stage and Stephan Moccio
charmed the throngs with his intense piano compositions. The ever cheerful Skydiggers ensured that
everyone would have something to whistle on the way home and host Michael Danso kept the crowd
entertained and excited by pulling raffle tickets and announcing the intermittent live auction antics of MPP
Michael Prue. We heard speeches from Steve Ottaway of the BLNA executive as well as from City
Councillor Sandra Bussin, who is a strong supporter of and advocate for the BLNA cause. Audience
members were completely stunned and amazed by virtuoso flamenco guitarist Jesse Cook, who wrapped
things up and took the time to make some very clear statements about the fact that as citizens, we need to
preserve and protect all of the unique and wonderful neighbourhoods in our city.
All in all, it is fair to say that the Beach Awareness Concert at Kew was a big success!

Beach Lakefront Neighbourhood Association Inc. (BLNA Inc.) is pleased to announce that we have received permission from the City of Toronto to hold a rally and concert on September 07th., 2008 - between 11:00AM and 6:00PM in Kew Gardens Park. The event has as its goal the raising of awareness in the community regarding the proposed condominium development at the Beach lakefront between Neville Park and Munro Park , and the effect of waterfront development in the Beach neighbourhoods generally . Shortly we will announce a list of top entertainers. Popular and local entertainment and artists will be announced shortly. We are looking for volunteers and/or sponsors who wish to participate in this event.

Elderly Adoption

I was mowing my Aunts lawn this day Saturday in the a.m. when it dong on me to constantly mow one of her neighbours lawn when needed because she uses a service to clip it for her and and today was one of those days I thought I'd do hers as well. I would do it every often but I wasn't sure if she liked the way I did it in the past because I do it too short at times because I drive to my aunts weekly and help keep up the appearance of the property because of the prime location it had been built for in that late 50's and today was hot real early.

So adopt an elderly neighbour and watch out for them, ask them if they need groceries or be driven to somewhere, my sister does that she has a group of them herself. She never complains well almost never and makes her feel good. back to the story

I was thanked as usual but this time she asked me to come in because my aunt was on the phone who wanted to speak with me. Melba the neighbour called my aunt at my mothers because she was staying with her due to a ... well actually my mother is such a care giver and my aunt loves full attention and pamper due to a back soreness.

When I sat down in her house I looked around while speaking to my aunt and my mother I noticed the furniture was all dated like a time capsule of the late 50's right to the original paint job. When the house was built it was furnished with the latest style of the times and it was worn through time but very beautiful designed lines with the stereo was just dead stop stunning classic. I don't know very much of this women other than her daughter lives out west and her husband died or left her real early in the relationship.

40 years of shear loneliness

There was a bungalow stopped in time and I tried to read the room, get a psyk reading of the house and all I saw was shear loneliness, no family pictures, just the same motif of a model home on a construction site, a bride alone with a child who thought it was important enough to leave her all alone in Toronto must have been horrible. She unhappiness, empty, no love, no attention for 40 years of shear loneliness.

My family is trying to convince my aunt to sell the property and move into the same building of my mothers and fathers and try to cattle prod them in the same chicken coop making it easier for my sister to maintain excellent quality of care for them.
SO I was thinking, I would ask Melba with my sisters approval to move with my aunt when we gets ready to move in, the property has townhouses as well in hopes they want a garden. :0 I love garden flowers.

The over whelming need to make sure she was safe, after my uncles death she took the responsibility to keep an eye on my aunt without be asked, so I will return the favour as my pleasure to repay karma.

learning the history of the family

The government who is not getting very much from these foreign owners is watching a swell in entertainment industry. We are headed towards potential harm to your linage, your foot print, your heritage.
I personally know that will be no inheritance much to continue my linage, I'm last of my kind. The genetic code of my species ends with me with no prospects of a continuation does have a certain strain on one's psyche after learning the history of the family to my surprise was interesting.

Wow the last, the way the Dodo bird. Startles me every time, I guess my gene pool was outdated, or maybe the Germans or US used that gay gas that had a blimp news piece about US testing the tangibility of a gas that would turn solders gay during battle. Maybe the gas was used and inhaled and installed a strong enough chemical that could unintended affect the offspring of the poisoned.


Since without choice the ability of passing my forefather's torch I chose to instead imprint with great new challenges in the future concerning a build of a compound to where friends and family that can join to spend their vacations abroad building playgrounds to where aiding in areas of Africa where urgency is safe and protected. Any one can lend a hand in assisting the update of these countries into the new centuries.
I digress..

Basically it's like this it's a double dip out of your future cash flow for debts personally built up in your future, didn't they hate our music back then. yin yang boomerang You are wasting it away and not assuring your children's safety to everyone after that.

First Week for Training in a Franchise as an Employed ShareHolder

Mission: To obtain the best training possible and to achieve trainer status in a franchised company.
Corporation: Where else but my portfolio says I need to help increase my dividends so If I work in a franchise that I own stock in hope my hard work will increase it's value. Name : Classified to protect non bloggable information. Nothing to the nature of negative type comments will be found in this blog only positive things in order to be clear of opinions made by me and to myself only. This is an experiment to gain excellence and be a proud responsible human being again and to have an excellent relationship with every human being I come in contact with. My road to some state of enlightened is most difficult to achieved in the next 2 decades but with the contacts that will loving help me build a foundation to direct persons volunteering their vacations time in under privileged country's where children need play grounds to grow up. Anyone can go, be a guest speaker of experience or build assistance.

Wow what a week for me in training that lasted 9 fulls days before a rest day to recharge. The whole week was a charge with excitement that exhausted the trainers early in of the week. It took full day weeks to prepare for the grand ball achievement of 300 on May30th. The kitchen of the franchise was state of it's own art, brilliant stainless steel with careful precision to utilize every inch safely.
The grand room for dining was spacey with comfortable seating using relaxing shades and tones for their motif, you could just over stay because of the comfort alone. The sports bar offering a view of the 100+ inch hand made only few of a kind plasma television facing the entrance to the shaded area of the patio and with a cocktail view of City Hall and Mall One. (not being specific in details to protect corporate secrets not that a know any but none the less my knowledge of their methods are their intell property)
Staff: Top notch. From top to the bottom of the ladder must have taken long hours to find in my opinion the best team ever employed. Experience of every single person in those upper position
are definite worth their weight in gold with their attitude to win big. All well mannered prim and proper with constant physical assurance of good job and thanks being a part of a family team. After 5 days working I was boosted up to supervisor meaning I will be making sure the kitchen is ready for next day service.The 5 day bump reminds me at age 16 after working 5 days on Centre Island in Toronto where I was promoted to snack bar management, both Piera and myself got our own snack bars to run. I was hoping to hit the 4 days to break my record... lol
With this great company I thought was very progressive and in their philosophy in training and rate in scale after completeness. (vague info to protect Intell)

I was at my station sanitizing it and as I turned around I was startled to see there was a man standing tall looking at the kitchen and we both got startled at my startle.. ;) and at that point I just said as I extended to shake his hand say "well hello Mr Movie Star how are you", he laffed and I asked if he would sign my breast like a groupie would offer a rock star, he laffed and then he bumped my breast with his own like in a sports rally group shout. That was most definite another cool moment in life.

I just can't believe it, we elected people to protect us, and we have NATO to protect us from Europe and top secret files left casually behind in potentially unfriendly hands. (she's hot btw) The world finally is convinced that Canada is not a responsible country, they say we are not even a country because the Queen owns the land of Canada and it's called the Queen's Land. The world just laughs at our irresponsible cabinet members, it's no wonder when our MP's and their mandarins lose secret files all the time through out history. Our "spy" agency whom I have so much respect for due to under staffing who are trying to protect us from outside and with in our borders with little help from foreign spy agency because Canada has a big blabbing mouth. Our agency has left brief cases with secret docs in the back seat of a car.

I see all the plagues of weather hitting hard to regions now in great dispare. I see heroes gathering to aid the victims who wait in fear, alone, cold and thirsty.
I hear fear of food shortages will impact humanity's ability to maintain the status quo and will suffer The Great Hunger in which will be force upon us by those who will not respect us.
I see gas increasing at the point of bankruptcy for all nations and no one cares. No fuel no food, no food no civilization.
China is raising it's embargo off births and allowing people to have two children, more than one child per family was not permitted for years and punishment was severe. I see a nation in fear and abortions a plenty, religion is forbidden and free expression is a hanging offence.

High fuel cost, famine in the horizon, more births at a time is chaos.

Review: Vacation Swap 3/5

Wow I actually enjoyed this first episode of Vacation Swap . The deal is two families at different economic levels who share with each their vacations hence the title. The first family loves 5 star vacations where every moment was filled with shear self pampered excitement to a family who like to love it ruff and wild.
We had well mannered boys who's mother is a beautiful- beautiful women inside and out who probably forgot her catholic upbringing and got a good lawyer. :)
The other family tight knit and huggable type people who love the idea to let the daily grinds of this microwave society we live in to vacation next to a yukky looking river in a trailer park.

Gas prices are insane, why does Canada have to obey OPEC, this evil entity is bankrupting small business and shortly after Canada. We are not even signed into the OPEC deal and why do we obey. Are we waiting for them to drain their resources first so we can each own a palace on this of the world? I can't wait that long, Canada's Tar Sands they say hold enough fossil fuel to service Canada and the U.S.A. for generations, but hopefully we will come to our senses and use natural free power to run our homes and business sooner than that.
This OPEC cult is putting Canada and the US in danger and causing great suffering to the lower waged people with families losing more and more at the end of the day. It could cripple us and we allow them by jumping how high when they snap. Our government is apart of the problem by allowing them to suck us dry.
I stopped driving 2 years ago for carbon foot print reduction and now walk to my job with that I took a lower paying job so that I could save total 3 hours hell drive in the summer and 2 hour commute in total each day.
I refuse to be a slave to the GAS gods. Not one more controllable copper cent will go to those fat gasholes pockets, not to another palace, another jet or Gucci nail polish will go to those selfish selfish selfish money whores if I can help it. Well actually I think we are the gas whores, they are the PIMPS who need to be cut off from supplying this fossil drug (opium war) to North America, they are destroying us and we are not defending ourselves. Our Government have and are still not protecting us from outside hostile attacks. We are being financially bankrupt like Reagan did to the the Soviets buy bankrupting them with them into building more and more missiles till they could no more survive to be in an arms race.
We have a province who dons its capitals with gold plated trim on their columns, we have a government who is from the West ask does not ask for fuel to fill our reserves and lower our prices. We Canadians do not complain enough, we have immigrants who are afraid to complain feared labled a complainer or disturber. ANYONE ??

Rock Talk on CFRB 1010 Rocks!! ;)

Late Sunday afternoon dreary eve hoping the rain would hurry up and get over with it, I logged on to see who is yakking on the radio and I noticed coming up next on the roster after the loveable Spider Jones was Rock Talk 6pm. Saturdays and thought I'd wait to listen. As I waited for the show I started to imagined what it would be like and my imagination took me back to the old pot heads from the 80's with visions of an Excellent Adventure with Cheech and Chong in Wayne's World conversation and to my disappointment it was intelligent informative 60 mins of what is going on in the music world right in our backyard, our city is rich in talent and are holders and providers of the torch for the future gens of the musical arts. Great show, time just flew by and I'm so impressed with the guest list interviews.

Just by the shear numbers alone, hundreds of millions of people who's culture is based on going out for fun and not stay home and cocoon like North America society. Our society has a built in "Sit on your couch and watch this, buy this buy that, do this...." so we are programmed to relax at home and not do the Town every night and enjoy life in ways like what mingling with large groups of people can do to the spirit, to the mind and the soul. The eastern hemisphere live to enjoy life, eat to enjoy not to just consume, chat to learn and to show off to each other. In North America we love to watch people have fun make nuts of themselves and we just drink it up and I like it too. We much rather see a bunch of contestants go for the gold than go out and be the nut.

Again, Bollywood has shear numbers and they use the same format in their films they can't go wrong. I love watching movies from Bollywood for a few mins. while clicking through station after station during commercials and I always catch the part where there is a handsome unmarried stud looking and prancing around this hot damsels in distress type. Courting in Bollywood is like watching peacocks display their beautiful colours of feathers and spirits to the one they chose their mate and it ends with the uniting of the pair and live happy ever after. But what happens the next day... (into the woods)

Canada needs the tax incentives for the film industry or else they will provide jobs for another country, and pay taxes to another government, it is so important.



P.S. LeDrew was a whip this Sunday with union workers for the TTC on the phone.
You guys just left people stranded @12:01 am Saturday because of an empathy union obligation strike. Member after member shot down by LeDrew like duck hunting during rabbit season. TTC Drivers are smelling like roses with a sympathy strike, forced back by legislation with only a few hours interruption and the connection and obligation for the brotherhood is complete.

Shame on us Canada, we have no flag pride, former Molson Flag is always in excellent condition and I can't say that about most of us. My flag sits in my window 4th floor always kept brand new condition because they are inexpensive to purchase since the dollars store came in to being. We need to bring to the attention of flag violators that it needs to be replaced or ask the government to mail them a new one. There are far too little business have flags and need to be encouraged to maintain its dignity.
When ever I travel and whenever I return home I see the flag and breath a sigh of relief and free safe back home. The flags brilliants instills peace and tranquillity in my heart.

Duty Free shops at the border should check their Canadian Flags, they are not all correct. It is a big shame to cross borders seeing.

turn out the lights, turn out the lights... so I did, made it easier to read off my monitor.

It was really cool to be apart of earth day again, I remember it was 1980 or 81 for my first and always made it a point to be less lazy and not pollute, and not to waste, and not to be selfish and not be a hog on resources, my carbon print was cut 80% by not driving to work and working closer to my home and walking there.
This 2008 version showed that we the Internet people could unite together under one banner using this media and all it's power to get your point out to the younger brains through to the seasoned brains. Todays Rant; Ontario Recycle Tax

Tax on products like Televisions, computers, monitors and everything else we all love to spoil ourselves with will have a percentage tax on for future disposal at point of sales, it gets added on with G.S.T., P.S.T. The Ontario Government already imposes a manufacturer disposal tax when the the product is made and that gets tacked on to the manufacturer cost price which means we are idiots. We need to unify one simple tax. Universal tax could work like this, bring to market sell to us and get taxed 20% or less. All other taxes would deflate the cost drastically making it very cheap and 20% of cheap is cheap.. lol hmm It sounded good for a moment..

The point is I can't believe we don't demand change from our governments and unions who are over blotted with itself and it is going to burst like a ready to pop yellow zit and all the cards come tumbling down. ;)

Dunkin Donuts insult Italian and French Heritages in new Commercial

Since the introduction of the best coffee in North America "TIM HORTONS" into the US American market I started to notice some pretty hostile commercials by Dunkin Donuts.
The latest commercial which has a group of people staring with confusion at a menu on the wall in line for I presumed was a coffee. The look on their faces and the song they were singing was implying that the people have become too confused now about the coffee because they either had Italian or French names. Not only are they insulting Italian and French heritages but I get the impression Dunkin Donuts does not give enough credit to the American people to understand a few foreign words. If American people are brilliant enough to create and great country, I'm sure they can understand Coffee Lingo. I guess they feel so threatened and I can see why, Tim's Coffee and donuts are to die for!!!


Aug. 27.08: Since then they probably switched Ad firms and decided after a few attempts of using the same monotone songs that wasn't cheerful enough to catch on. NOW the new commercials are easy on the ears with no fingers being pointed and the new ads have food that looks real tasty!
I personally see the new direction Dunkin Donuts is taking with their ads and thought I'd eat crow after the earlier comments I made.

I'm just a person who enjoys and respect the donut and their creators, so everyone shsh when you drive pass a donut zone, there are angels at work and do not disturb.

First Nations Toronto School gets New Kitchen from Remax

Cheers to Remax for organizing donations for a new school kitchen at The First Nations School of Toronto. Now the kids are able to eat food for breakfast and lunch which is so important to feed the mind so it can learn easily. I as a child did not eat breakfast before school and it proved to be disabling for the future. Remax donated 30,000$ which updated the whole kitchen including appliances and tiles. Couldn't find any more details in the news about this and if anyone has details please add them to the comments, these people need an electronic hand shake!!!

Parents lie to children about smoking

I have come in contact with many parents ages 38-45+ who smoke.
Most of them who do smoke and who have children hide the fact that they smoke.
Lets say ten couples 8 said yes to hiding, 2 say no longer hide because they got caught.
In all cases never in front of children ever.

Generations: Observations

A: Families in the late sixties to eighties where told that smoking will kill and were told about the addiction properties. These parents smoked in front of children while telling them to never smoke and if I caught you smoking I will kill you (figuratively).

B:These kids learned how to smoke and hide the fact they do to their parents and this generation learn the fine art of deception and sneakiness in the nineties to then present. They will go somewhere outside behind bushes and garages anywhere out of sight. They create emergency dump sites just in case the kids and sometimes even the spouse show up. YUP, some spouses lie to their spouses that they smoke. In case of smoke near caught the old alert to stay away because a big flying pest and shoo it away masking the fact your trying to disperse the smoke away.

C: This new generation 1980 to present grew up about the in a none smoking family which could break the common smoking family pattern. BTW some of these kids who do smoke is also learning the skill of deception.

Simpson's The movie (1/5) review

Well it's like this First Movie since Tracey Allman was aired!!
When I first heard that the movie was coming out I was excited and couldn't wait to see it and it was going to be awhile before it's done. Wow finally exactly what I was hoping for a grander Simpson's and what stories could they produce for the big screen.

The theatre had a huge screen which had on spot on it that drove me nuts and the little chicks behind me giggling at the most stupid gags not to mention a jiggle cell phone ringer. When people go to movies and they read on the screen before the movie to TURN OFF CELL PHONES, STOP YAKKING, or politely leave the theatre when you need to pass gas, I digress, do they think that they were not included in that statement Everyone including YOU needs to turn off the cell. The human mind baffles many people.

I was a little disappointed at first then ten mins later I really wanted to leave, honestly it was tooo long. I have to admit though I knew it would have to be an incredible story for me to be moved but it was recycled gigs and gags same old same old. Nothing new added no characters, or revelations of old ones and frankly I can't remember what happened.

SAVE THE SIMPSON'S, suggest better ideas for the stories or even the next movie.

How about the whole town due to a computer glitch wins a trip around the world. The Simpson's could have years of fun on this trip since a few countries have banned them from entering.


1/5 and it was blurry in some areas.. you would think it would have been sharp.
